It’s not a lack of will. It’s a lack of time.

Most people are happy to work differently with AI. But between your calendar, your inbox and your deadlines, there’s no afternoon left to figure it out, let alone make it your own. So it stays a tool you open now and then.

That’s where I come in. I get you up and running: we set it up around your work, you don’t have to figure anything out, and I stay alongside until it runs by itself.

I do a large part of my work walking. An hour or two outside, recorder on, thinking out loud. When I get back, my tasks, drafts and notes are ready. Being productive doesn’t have to happen behind a screen. And you don’t need to chat with an AI all day to get there.

I’ve done this before: with Lean Startup, with Design Thinking, with Agile. What worked was never the method alone. It was someone standing alongside until it became a habit.

How I help

For organisations

Process automation

From strategy to execution: agents that take over work, anchored in how your team works.

For teams

Workshops & inspiration

Showing what agentic AI can do — using your own work as material, not a demo.

For professionals

Your own AI system · 6 weeks

Together we set up a personal AI system around your own work: from spoken ideas to tasks, drafts and notes, without you sitting behind a screen all day. Every two weeks I check in with you. 100% human.

For (early-stage) entrepreneurs

AI-first organisation and propositions

Build your company and offering around agents from day one — live in weeks, not quarters.

How I work

01

How do you work now?

Not how you think you work, but what’s actually in your week. Where your time goes, which decisions cost you the most, and where the work sits that you really shouldn’t be doing.

02

What would you want?

Where is the gain big enough to break a habit for? Without that answer nothing changes, however good the tool.

03

How far do you want to go?

Change you can’t sustain isn’t change. We agree on what’s realistic for you, not what’s theoretically possible.

And then I stay alongside. Every two weeks: did you do what you planned? If not, why not? What did work? That answer is different for everyone, and that’s exactly where the work is.

Promise

The coaching is 100% human. I build agents that take over work, but I don’t outsource the coaching to a model. Behaviour changes between people.

And for a whole team

What works for one manager works for a whole team too — with more attention to making it stick. The same three questions, plus the question of how you stop it fading after three months. That rarely starts with a roll-out. Usually it starts with a few people leading by example, and with managers who visibly take part themselves.

I build it myself

I don’t just advise on agentic AI — I build it. Agents that take over work, workflows that run themselves, products that go live in weeks instead of quarters.

WeddingDock is an example: a running business, set up from day one as an AI-first organisation and proposition.

And VVNTRS itself runs this way. The recurring work — admin, writing proposals, presentations, email drafts, task lists and setting priorities — runs through my own second brain.

That’s not a side note. You can’t guide behaviour change around AI if you don’t know yourself where the technology lets you down.

An hour’s walk, thinking out loud. When you get back, the work is ready. No screen, no chat.

Where this comes from

For fifteen years I’ve been building new products and services, always side by side with entrepreneurs. That started on day one at ABN AMRO, as a marketer for start-ups and freelancers. During my thirteen years at the bank my focus shifted to innovation. I helped lay the foundations of DARE – the methodology that became the internal standard for product development – and coached more than a hundred teams in Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Agile.

Even in those corporate years I had one foot in the start-up world: on behalf of the bank I ran the co-working space TSO Munt Sq, I was a mentor at Techstars, and alongside my job I co-founded Spirit of Enterprise and Prompting Europe. After that I went all in as an entrepreneur. I co-founded Strategy Quest and built platforms such as Find-RAM and WeddingDock.

What I did over the past decade with methods like Lean and Agile, I now do with AI. Same question, different tools.

Half an hour, no sales pitch

No presentation, no quote. You tell me what your week looks like, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I think I can help. You talk to me — there’s no sales team in between.
